About
Every day, a Sunday.
Domingo Amberes. Sunday, Antwerp — the two words the name is built from, and the mood the jewellery is made for. Sunday is the day you dress for nobody but yourself, and that is the only occasion these rings are really for.
One idea
A coloured stone big enough to carry the whole piece.
Most plated jewellery hides behind small clear stones. Every Domingo Amberes ring does the opposite and leads with 12 to 14 millimetres of saturated colour — deep brown, cool blue, dark olive, sharp red — set in 14K gold plating over a brass body, on a band just 2.5 mm across. Nothing competes with the stone, because there is nothing else on the ring.
The colours are chosen to work against gold rather than against white. That is why they photograph the way they do, and why you can see one from across a room.
Chapter I
Twelve rings. Four colour themes — Coffee, Azure, Olive and Rhubarb. Three settings — solitaire, duo and trilogy — sharing one band profile and one finish, so a ring bought on its own still stacks with the next.
We produce in small drops, a chapter at a time. Each ring arrives in a striped presentation tube.
Domingo Amberes is based in Antwerp, Belgium.
