Sizing

What sizes do you make?
50, 52, 54 and 56. The number is the inside circumference of the ring in millimetres, so a 52 is a 52 mm circle.

How do I find my size?
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, lay it flat and measure to the mark in millimetres. That number is your size. Our size guide has the full method and a US/UK conversion table.

I'm between two sizes.
Go up. The band is 2.5 mm, which is narrow, so you don't need to size up for width — but a ring that turns slightly is easier to live with than one you can't get off. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are largest.

What if it doesn't fit?
We'll exchange it for the right size within 14 days. For Belgian orders your first exchange is free and we cover the postage both ways. Elsewhere, return postage is at your own expense and we cover sending the replacement out. Full detail on our shipping & returns page.

Materials and care

What is the ring made of?
A brass body, plated in 14K gold, with a protective e-coat over the top. Band width is 2.5 mm on every model. Stones are AAA cubic zirconia — full specifications are listed on each product page.

Will it irritate my skin?
Our rings are hypoallergenic and built for daily wear. The protective e-coat sits between the plating and your skin, and we hold a REACH certificate for the materials used.

How do I keep the gold looking new?
Put the ring on last, after perfume and hand cream have dried, and take it off for swimming, showering and sport. Wipe it with a dry soft cloth after wearing and store it in the tube it arrived in. Our care guide has the detail.

Ordering and delivery

Where do you ship?
Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany. If you would like us to ship somewhere else, email service@domingo-amberes.com and we'll tell you what's possible.

What does shipping cost?
Free within Belgium. €5.99 to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany.

How quickly do you dispatch?
Within 1–2 working days of your order, from Antwerp. You'll get a tracking number when it leaves us.

My size is sold out. What now?
Email us at service@domingo-amberes.com and tell us which ring and which size. We'll let you know where it stands.

Can I return something I simply don't love?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn ring in its original packaging, no reason needed. Return postage on a refund is at your own expense.

What if something is faulty?
You have the two-year legal conformity guarantee that applies to every consumer purchase in the EU. Email us with a photo and we'll repair, replace or refund it, postage covered.
